In-Store Services

Our retail team offers a variety of pre-built container gardens, expertly designed and available for pickup in-store. If you prefer a custom creation, visit us at any location, where we’ll help you select containers, blooms, and foliage to design your perfect garden—no appointment necessary.

You’re also welcome to bring in your own container, and we’ll help you fill it with beautiful, well-matched plants. Retail services are provided in-store, not on-site.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • If your containers are easily portable, you may bring them to any of our stores for assistance. For larger containers, our experienced crew can come to your location. When planting on-site, our team will remove old or dead plants, refresh the soil (if needed), add beautiful new plants, and water the planters thoroughly.

  • We plant year-round using appropriate plants based on light, heat, and your design preferences. Our offerings include topiaries, evergreens, ornamental grass, succulents, and seasonal foliage and blooms to create the perfect arrangement just for you. Due to Utah’s changing climate, we recommend refreshing your planters every three months.

  • Utah’s climate can be tough on outdoor containers. Follow the care instructions below to keep your plants healthy and thriving.

  • Yes, if you choose to have a service contract with us the plants will be watered, maintained, and guaranteed according to the seasonality of the individual plants. Some exceptions may apply.

  • Our on-site planting is priced by the inch with optional upgrades. To get started, simply submit an online inquiry and one of our representatives will contact you to discuss your options and possibly schedule a consultation. They are available year-round to assist with all your planting needs.
